Description

Schimmelbusch's collapsible mask (adult size). Chrome/nickel plated.

This mask would have been used to administer anaesthesia to a patient. A gauze would be placed within the mask and held down by the grid. The gauze would then be doused in anaesthetic and inhaled by the patient.
