Jennifer Irvine studied painting at Glasgow School of Art, graduating in 1978. She is an elected member of The Glasgow Art Club. She is also a regular exhibitor at the R.S.W. in Edinburgh and R.G.I. in Glasgow. After retiring from teaching in various Glasgow schools in 1990, she is now a full-time artist and lives and works in Glasgow. Her work encompasses still life, townscapes and seascapes.
