We also hold deposited archive collections from some of the physicians and surgeons who have been associated with the College over hundreds of years. Connecting to our locality in the West of Scotland, we also hold many records relating to local medical societies and associations. Title A name given to the resource Photograph of Henry E Clark Description An account of the resource Black and white photograph of Mr Henry E Clark. Henry Clark began his medical education at Anderson's College and the University of Glasgow, qualifying in 1870. He worked as Assistant Surgeon at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary and at the Glasgow Eye Infirmary. He was later promoted to Surgeon of both of these hospitals. He became Professor of Surgery at St Mungo's College in 1892. He was made a Fellow of the Faculty of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 1876 and was president from 1903 to 1905.
