Title A name given to the resource Portrait of Professor Jackie Taylor, College President 2018-2021 Description An account of the resource Pictured here is a portrait of Professor Jacqueline Taylor who was the first woman to become president of the College in 2018. Jacqueline Taylor gained her MBChB from the University of Glasgow in 1983 and went on to train and specialise in general internal medicine and geriatric medicine. In 1997 she became a Consultant Geriatrician at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary. From a managerial perspective, she has been Clinical Director, Associate Medical Director and Clinical Quality Lead in Geriatric Medicine. Taylor was president of the College from 2018 to 2021.
